Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

Artickle offers individual instrumental lessons in various music disciplines. Each enrollment includes 8 individual lessons, each 40 minutes in duration, delivered on the campus by qualified instructors on Saturdays.

Scheduling and Flexibility

Lesson schedules are agreed at the start of the program.
Two reschedules are permitted per 8-lesson package, subject to teacher availability.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed lessons without notice cannot be made up or refunded.
Lessons cancelled by Artickle will be rescheduled.

Fees and Payment Terms

Full payment is required before lessons begin.
Fees are non-refundable once the program has started, as lesson slots and teachers are reserved specifically for each student.

Attendance and Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten the lesson. Regular attendance supports progress and confidence.

Practice and Instruments

Students should have access to their own instrument for home practice. Regular practice between lessons is essential for progress.
Artickle is not responsible for instruments brought to school.

Teachers and Instructions

Teachers are assigned based on availability and student needs.
Teacher changes may occur when necessary to ensure quality and continuity.
